Yay, a short one!!!!

Complete as many rounds as possible in seven minutes of:
315 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
20 meter Sprint
14 One legged squats
21 Double-unders
20 meter Sprint

The deadlifts actually felt heavy after the first round. (7, 4/3, 1/3/3) not sure if it was because of the pistols.
2 complete rounds +11 pistols.
