No sleep

530am XL DD Coffee black

10am weigh in 166.4, down 7lbs since the start

11am 1 burger patty (leftovers from yesterday)

3 hour nap


730pm
Chinese food
Seafood combo with broccoli (shrimp and scallops were good, fake lobster was very questionable)
Steak Kow


10pm
A little more steak kow, really want the rice!!!
