Day 1

9am

Came in knowing pull ups were going to fall apart.
Breakdown 21,21(pretty happy for first set to be unbroken, actually thought for a second I could run from the pain)8-7(got mentally soft in the thrusters),5-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1(yup, that bad. I rode out the set until my grip gave then went immediately to singles, 5-4(didn’t even realize I broke this up until I checked out the video), 3-1-1-1-1-1-1(rode it out again and just wanted to finish)
Had a good 3-4 minutes before forearm burning kicked in. When it came it was horrible!!! I then remembered why I haven’t done this wod in so long!

Modified the AMRAP a little:
3-6-9
205# power cleans
20# (DB) ring dips
24″ box jumps
5 rounds and 2 cleans (cleans all singles, some not pretty. broke 5th round of ring dips 4/2. box jumps sloooooowwwwwwww)
10pm
3 eggs and 4-5oz salmon with asparagus puree
