After doing some research finding that jicama is not so paleo. Starchy tuber family and legume. Oh well, while taking a picture of the recipe at WF saw that they add sugar in the recipe anyways. Looks like I'm rolling with the cabbage crunch for now.

Really wanted to cheat today. Cravings kicking in but used some OJ which I don't really consider paleo to calm the cravings as we are out of fruit.

First time having Chipotle in a while. Made me feel sick. Really, I won't be explicit but it wasn't good.

Spent about 8 hours clearing off my "desktop" to like 5 icons and uploaded somewhere around 15GBs of pics and video to our Flickr site. THe tour down memory lane was fun. Hard to believe my snatches were that horrific.

Bowl of fruit (mixed b-berrie, r-berries, s-berries) becasue I really wanted Butter cake, donuts, and anything else that I shouldn't have. I might have borken if I didn't just yell at one of my sponsors for breaking already!

Also, I know everyone is sick of seeing my food. Don't care. It Keeps me amused!

After sitting in traffic needed some food and hit up Chicago Food Corp. I love how the Korean ladies think I'm f'in nuts when I ask for no rice and more kimchi. Today one of the ladies actually asked, "Why no rice?" My answer "Diet." Lame. After 30 days, I'm definitely adding back in white rice.

Good thing: 90kgs has never felt that good.
Bad thing: missed 100kg 5-6x
I'm gonna peg this one on either lack of sleep (4 hours last night) or the loss of weight (down a whole 5 since I sntached 97kgs

Day4

Been in a business seminar in Itasca all day with Ben. Outstanding speaker (Thomas Plummer)! Actually swears (a lot) but still pretty professional. Plummer is a specialist in the business of fitness. He has a good impact in popular respected gyms, Todd Durkin's Fit Quest 10, Mike Boyle's S&C, Cosgrove's Results Fitness. It's scary that he is training and teaching globo/big box gyms to become more like functional training facilities ie CrossFits. I'm not sure if it's possible but it is interesting as he does well in forecasting the future of the industry. Who knows what lies in the future.

Came in knowing pull ups were going to fall apart.
Breakdown 21,21(pretty happy for first set to be unbroken, actually thought for a second I could run from the pain)8-7(got mentally soft in the thrusters),5-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1(yup, that bad. I rode out the set until my grip gave then went immediately to singles, 5-4(didn’t even realize I broke this up until I checked out the video), 3-1-1-1-1-1-1(rode it out again and just wanted to finish)
Had a good 3-4 minutes before forearm burning kicked in. When it came it was horrible!!! I then remembered why I haven’t done this wod in so long!

Couldn't pull my weight in the pull-ups, DLs, and Wallballs. Funniest moment was when I handed the double-unders over at 3 complete, with 4 missed attempts! Ha ha! I did much better after I changed shoes.

Should have warmed up more. Need to re-learn how to receive the bar on jerks again. For some reason in regular kipping pull ups I have a slight bend in my arm at the bottom (probably protecting my shoulder) causing a forced negative rep in the bottom of every pull up. Last round did 20 singles. OUCH!
