Updated

Haven't updated my blog in forever.

I'm just going to jump in and start with today.

Been strict paleo up to today. I allowed myself a post workout shake.

Steak probably about 12 oz, 2 eggs, and mixed veggies.

Bulgogi, kimchi, spicy cabbage something, and miso soup
