First day with the nanny. I was sad after I left Jackson but was pretty productive today. I grabbed some Chipotle after my in-home client.

Got a bunch of stuff done at the box. I actually got to lift which was nice.

Traps were a little sore from the HPCs on Sunday but not as bad as the forearms and biceps.

Had a late Mondvol meal. Even though I know Mandie grabbed me one for home I should have eaten a long time ago.
